TVET Leadership Training

The TVET Directors of Don Bosco One TVET Philippines had their first week TVET Leadership training this October 15-19, 2018, at Hamburg, Germany. The 20 directors from Don Bosco FIN and FIS province visited different Vocational Education and Training schools.

The delegates also had a study tour at Elbcampus – Welding Department and Bread and Pastry Department. As well as the VET School for Aircraft Technology at Hamburg Germany.

The objectives of this training is to be familiar with the key success factors of German dual TVET, to understand the framework conditions of dual vocational and training, to gain insight into the close cooperation of vocational schools and in-company training and to understand the role of chambers, trade associations and guilds in German dual TVET.
