
Don Bosco Tech ASEAN is a network of seven (+1) ASEAN countries to build common understanding and effective communication in efforts to contribute to fighting poverty and improving the quality of marginalized young people through the development of TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) centers.
Don Bosco Tech ASEAN has played an active role in developing 36 TVET centers with a total of around 9.000 students who are accompanied by around 800 qualified and certified trainers and staffs. All of it spread in 7 (+1) ASEAN countries. Our project target is to develop and foster marginalized young people reaching 27,000 students. Our indirect targets are the development of the family and social environment of the trainees, government institutions in the area of developing TVET centers, collaborating with companies as training partners and prospective employers.
The our member Countries are Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos and Timor-Leste.
In our efforts, we collaborate intensively, effectively and continuously with various local and international scale institutions, government institutions and private sector. We directly received full and support from Don Bosco Mondo as a Germany non-governmental organization for international development cooperation that has partnered with Salesian Don Bosco and Salesian Sisters of Don Bosco in more than 130 countries.
Don Bosco Tech ASEAN is a network of ASEAN countries in 7 (+1) consisting of the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, Timor-Leste.

Don Bosco Tech ASEAN is a network based on an development project to improve vocational training in seven (+ 1) ASEAN countries with Don Bosco Mondo of Germany since 2018.
Don Bosco Tech ASEAN to be a network of seven (+1) ASEAN Countries with Don Bosco Mondo after the signing of the Project Agreement on November 1, 2018, in Thailand. The seven (+1) ASEAN Countries are Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Timor-Leste. Don Bosco Mondo was represented by Mr. Martin J. Wilde (Managing Director), Mrs. Silvia Cromm (Head of Project Department) and Don Bosco Tech ASEAN was represented by John Bosco Theparat Pititsant, Lino Belo, Charles Saw, Paul Bicomong, Godofredo Atienza, Apolinário Neto, Giuseppe Nguyen Van Quang and Gerard Ravasco, Ephrem Santos, Patrizio Maccioni, Bosco Bo Bo, Dindo Vitug, Francis Whichai, Gui da Silva, Joseph hung as representatives of the Salesian Provinces.
They agree to build together the development of a network to improve vocational training in seben (+1) ASEAN Countries.
